Q: What is a pre release purchase?

A: The Collection is offered for sale prior to completion due to the supporter fan photo offer. We finalize the printing of the collection once the deadline for photo submission has gone and all fan photos have been collated. This sale is called a pre-release offer. Delivery of the collection will be by early-mid November 2017

Q: The collection is a gift but the collection isn’t due until the early-mid November 2017, what can I give in the interim?

A: We can email you a Gift certificate, which you can print off, and gift before the collection is delivered by early-mid November 2017.

Q: What does the photo need to be of:

A: The photo can show 1 or more people. The photo doesn't have to be of the purchaser and can be of a friend or family or your Holden.

Q: Where will the photo go in the collection?

A: Your photo will be placed in a collage setting which will include fellow supporter photos and will be located in the Fans Album of the Collection

Q: How big will the photo be in the collection?

A: The photo will be approximately 8cm x 4.5cm in size.

Q: Can I submit more than one photo?

A: Only one photo can be submitted per purchase. If you order multiple copies of the collection you can submit the same amount of photos. i.e., 2 collections = 2 photos. You can purchase as many collections as you like.

Q: Do you include the name of the person / people in the photo?

A: No names are included, only the approved uploaded photo, we cannot add any personal message to the photo in the collection.

Q: What size and format does the photo need to be?

A: The photo should be in *.JPG or *.PNG format. They need to be at least 200 pixels high and wide and cannot be more the 10MB in size.

Q: How do I submit my photo?

A: Our Holden Archives Collection customer service team will contact you via email within 7 days of placing your order. The email will provide you with specific instructions on how you can upload your photo. Please retain your order reference number.

You are required to quote your email address and order number when you upload your photo.

Q: I can't email a photo, as I don't have a computer

A: Perhaps a friend may be able to assist you.

Q: Can I mail the photo in?

A: Yes you can, however you must call 0467 777 004 for confirmation.

Q: When do I need to submit my photo by?

A: The photo MUST to be uploaded by 1st August 2017.

Q: What happens if I miss the deadline for Submitting my photo can I do it afterwards?

A: Photos cannot be uploaded after 1st August 2017.

Q: How will you know which photo is mine.

A: You will receive an email confirming that the image has been received. The system will also show you your image.

Q: What is an order number?

A: You will need to place and pay for your order before you can upload your photo. Once you have finalized your order you will be given an order number. This is the number you use when uploading your photo.

Q: I want to order now but don't have my photo ready to submit.

A: You can place and pay for your order now and upload your photo at a later date as long as its done before 1st August 2017.

Q: How will I know if my photo has been submitted correctly?

A: You will receive confirmation that your photo has been received via email.

Q: What happens if my photo isn't suitable

A: All photo submissions must be approved by management who reserve the right to decline inappropriate images. You will be contacted if your photo has been deemed unsuitable and have the chance to re submit a new photo prior to the deadline date of 1st August 2017.

Q: How long after I submit my photo can I expect delivery of my collection

A: The Archive Collection is due to be delivered by early-mid November 2017.

Q: Do I need to sign for the collection when it is delivered?

A: Yes you must sign for the collection upon delivery.

Q: What happens if I’m not at home when they deliver my collection?

A: The postman will leave a calling card in your post-box and take your collection to the nearest post office.

Q: Will I need identification to collect from the post office?

A: Yes you will need to provide identification when you collect your collection.
